REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
We will happily refund or exchange your order up until your order is dispatched.
Please note If you have selected:
Standard shipping option orders are dispatched within 48 hours. Email notification is sent once dispatched.
Next Day Delivery you may cancel your order at any stage prior to delivery. Email notification is sent once dispatched.
Cancel Order you can cancel your order prior to dispatch.
Standard shipping prior to dispatch within 2-3 days. Email notification is sent once dispatched.
Local & Same day delivery prior to delivery Email notification is sent once dispatched.
Faulty / Damaged items
We thoroughly check each and every item in our curated boxes before dispatch with care & love.
However, please contact us at info@miaandmaeco.com.au if you have received a faulty item or if it has been damaged in transit.
We will happily replace the faulty/damaged item, if we have it in stock otherwise we will happily provide you a refund for that item.
Please note we do not offer refunds for change of mind once the order is delivered.
If you receive the incorrect gift box then we will happily send you the correct box once we receive the incorrect one.
We will cover the postage for regional & interstate orders or collection cost for those within the Melbourne metropolitan area
